This year, I had the honor of speaking at the International Educational Forum “New Edu: Tech in Focus.”
The event brought together more than 1,000 teachers, lecturers, and education professionals from across the world.
My topic was “Gamification — a necessity or a challenge of our time?”
But what truly struck me wasn’t just the discussion about technology — it was the people behind it.
Here’s what I realized:
✨ Teachers are ready, willing, and capable of change.
They understand that society has transformed — digitalization is not coming, it’s already here.
👩🏫 They see that children today are fundamentally different.
Old methods of pressure and control no longer work.
❤️ They genuinely want to make learning engaging and meaningful.
Not out of obligation — but out of belief that education can and should evolve.
And at that moment… I felt calm.
The ice has finally started to melt — and that gives me hope.
Because without education, there is no future.
And now, the people who shape that future — the teachers — not only know it,
they truly understand it.
